1. Drink water- Hydrate before and after each session (64 oz min. recommended). Hydration is the best way to prepare and support the body's natural detoxification.
2. Avoid greasy food for a minimum of 2 hours (48 hours recommended).
3. Avoid processed foods and alcohol at least 12 - 24 hours after treatment.
4. Avoid eating 2 hours before and after sessions.
5. Avoid drinking water for 30 minutes before your session to prevent discomfort during the treatment.
6. Avoid caffeine for at least 3 hours before your session (caffeine burns before fat).
7. Exercise after your session to help maximize your results.
8. Avoiding carbs will give you optimal results. (carbs turn into sugar which burns before fat).
9. Wear comfortable clothing.

Certification and machines will be included with the training. Client consent forms and supply list will be included in the training manual. One day 5- 7 hour training. In-depth training on cavitation, radio frequency, vacuum therapy, laser lipo pads, wood therapy, and non-invasive bbl. Hands- on training, live model, sanitation protocols, business and marketing

The total cost of the certification course with both machines and wood therapy tool set is $2,000.00. If you are interested in certain courses, we would just split the cost ($1000 for body sculpting, $600 for non-invasive BBL and $400 for Advanced wood therapy). A deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your spot and lock in your price. Once the deposit has been paid, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive your machine/s. Your remaining balance will be due on the first day of class. All payments made to Bodied are non-refundable. All major debit and credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% transaction fee.
